Legacy Gymnastics is Birmingham's newest gymnastics facility. Our coaching staff is made up of four former teammates that bring a unique combination of youthful enthusiasm, team unity, and love for the sport that has spanned the past two decades. The coaching staff consist of Brianna Salter Mitchell (Legacy owner and head coach), Bethany Bell Buchanan (girls assistant head coach), C.J. Laird (boys head coach and girls assistant head coach), and Sarah Lewis (girls assistant head coach). Legacy Gymnastics offers recreational and competitive team programs for boys and girls from 18 months to 18 years old.
